The second regular General Meeting of the year, this time with the scheduled election of the Executive Board. The heads of the Task Forces will also come together and report on their work. An afternoon for reports, resolutions, and encounters, which will conclude together in the evening.

The day begins with a shared lunch from 1:00 p.m.; the meeting starts at 2:00 p.m. The agenda includes the scheduled Executive Board election, reports from working groups and Task Forces, as well as items relating to association life. The official part will end at around 6:00 p.m.

After that, the day will transition seamlessly into the social part: DTVP invites you to the Winter Lounge at Bratwurstglöcklein, with Franconian cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere. Time to deepen conversations and nurture the network that defines DTVP.

In the heart of Nuremberg, right by the station.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Nuremberg is located at Bahnhofsplatz 3, directly next to the main railway station. Anyone arriving by train will be there in just a few steps. The underground, tram, and a taxi rank are right outside the door, and the hotel is also easy to reach from the airport thanks to its central location. It is only a stone’s throw to the Handwerkerhof, where the Winter Lounge will take place.

A discounted room allotment is available for overnight stays. The booking information is attached to the circular; the offer is valid for bookings made by October 16, 2026.

After the official part, the day will move into its social part. DTVP invites you to the Winter Lounge at 7:00 p.m. at Bratwurstglöcklein in the Handwerkerhof, a piece of Franconian tradition in the heart of Nuremberg. With regional Franconian cuisine and a cozy atmosphere, there will be time to wind down after the working day, deepen conversations, and nurture the network that defines DTVP.
