Succession of Carine Chardon regulated as of December 1, 2025

The board of the German TV Platform appointed Nicole Ludwig as the new managing director at its meeting on November 18, 2025. She will take over the position on December 1, 2025. Nicole Ludwig succeeds Carine Chardon, who has moved to GFU Consumer & Home Electronics GmbH as managing director.
Nicole Ludwig was most recently working as a freelance consultant and brings over 30 years of experience in the media industry. She has worked for private and public TV broadcasters, been involved in company formations, and brings numerous international contacts.
Carine Chardon hands over the management of the German TV Platform after 17 years of successful service. She has actively shaped around half of the 35-year existence of the German TV Platform as managing director and established it as a reliable forum for the TV industry in Germany.
